Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to partner with Pontchartrain, LA and Monroe, NC sites, focusing on inventory and cost accounting, reporting, and SOX controls. This role blends technical accounting with business partnering to drive performance and financial integrity across U.S.

manufacturing operations. Based in a hybrid environment, you will work with plant leadership to provide insights, support capital projects, and ensure accurate cost data for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification preferred.
• 5+ years in cost accounting or manufacturing finance.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience supporting plant operations and leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of standard costing and inventory accounting.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP for inventory and manufacturing accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or similar).
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary cost and inventory accounting resource for assigned facilities.
• Maintain standard costs and analyze variances.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with site leadership to support initiatives.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
