Job summary

Braven, a national nonprofit, is hiring a Senior Coordinator, Workforce Development for the Atlanta region. The role supports Fellows by managing data, curating internship and job opportunities, and coordinating on-site and virtual events with Spelman College and local partners.

You’ll work closely with the Associate Director, Workforce Strategy to meet internship and employment goals, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and help deliver equitable access to career opportunities for Fellows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Maintenance & Knowledge Rate Support: collect and record career data.
• Input and maintain outcomes data in Salesforce with campus-level accuracy.
• Opportunity & Outcome Curation: source and promote internships and jobs.
• Fellow Engagement & Event Support: assist with events and campaigns.
• On-the-Ground Support: provide in-person assistance during Fellow events.
