Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between CHW ASCEND project and CHWs for scholarships, travel stipends, and continuing education.
• Identify and recruit eligible CHWs and troubleshoot participation barriers.
• Develop outreach materials and communications to support stipends and scholarships.
• Plan workflows to ensure timely distribution of travel stipends and scholarships.
• Coordinate with unit finance to confirm payments are processed on schedule.
