Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support services projects across the U.S. You will develop complex schedule and cost baselines, analyze monthly data, identify variances, and assist in root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in project planning, control and assurance methodologies.
• Experience with budget development, schedule control and cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports for projects and portfolios.
• Performs financial analyses including variance, risk and profit/loss analyses.
• Provides technical guidance and training to junior staff.
