Job summary

LVI Associates seeks a Construction Engineering Manager to lead delivery for Seattle-based projects within the Pacific Northwest. The role emphasizes ownership of projects, client and contractor partnerships, and collaboration across geotechnical, civil, and construction teams. Hybrid work schedule with office presence 2-3 days per week.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in construction services or civil/geotechnical engineering, with leadership experience and a PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction services, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or related field.
• Resident engineering or heavy civil construction experience required.
• 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships.
• P.E. license preferred (optional).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction services projects across the Pacific Northwest.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with geotechnical, civil engineering, and construction teams.
• Lead project planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource management efforts.
• Support and mentor technical staff while helping drive project success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
