Qualifications

• 8+ years of compensation consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Finance.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale consulting projects.
• Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses performed by project teams.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs that address client attraction and retention needs.
• Solve complex compensation challenges.
• Partner with senior management and HR leaders on compensation strategy.
• Coach project team members.
• Support the business development process.
• Help clients make fact-based decisions through consulting, analytics, and data-driven insights.
