Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of clinical research experience is required; 7–10 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, OHRP, GCP and NIH guidelines; able to advise teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee start-up, conduct, and close-out of multi-center trials.
• Lead Project Management meetings and guide investigators and staff.
• Mentor staff and manage HR-related actions (hiring, corrective actions, evaluations).
• Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, funding agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
