Responsibilities

• Oversee start up, conduct and close out for a portfolio of multi-center and single center trials.
• Design and implement new proposals and projects with FDA/OHRP/GCP/NIH guidelines.
• Plan and conduct Project Management team meetings and report to leadership.
• Mentor staff, handle HR actions, and develop goals and development plans.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, templates and study tools for NCRI.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-quality clinical research projects and coordinate with sponsors, CROs and regulatory bodies.
• Travel for national/international meetings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
