Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA is seeking an experienced Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Advocate to lead a team and provide expert advocacy, strategic guidance, and proactive claims management for our clients. This hybrid role requires at least three days in-office per week.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in workers’ comp claims, strong multi-jurisdictional knowledge, and excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of workers’ compensation claims management or related experience.
• Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional workers’ comp laws and best practices.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with claims management systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated advocate for clients, managing complex workers’ compensation claims.
• Provide strategic oversight and cost-effective claim handling with carriers and TPAs.
• Mentor and develop team members, tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR, risk management, and safety teams for proactive prevention.
