Job summary

Core States Group is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from conception to completion. You will coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural teams to develop construction documents and ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage client communication, project budgets, and schedules while mentoring junior staff. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of PM experience in site/civil, and proficiency with

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• P.E. would be a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil engineering projects for various clients.
• Serve as lead point of contact for clients throughout projects.
• Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Designers on project execution.
