You will develop and execute category strategies, conduct spend analyses, and support supplier negotiations throughout the sourcing lifecycle. The role emphasizes AI-enabled research, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional partnership to improve value and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, healthcare operations, contracting, or related field.
• Experience supporting sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, or category management activities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using spend, utilization, supplier, and market data.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentational skills.
• Healthcare, group purchasing, consulting, or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with the ability to use AI tools to support day-to-day work and validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for assigned product and service categories.
• Support sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and implementation.
• Conduct analyses of market, supplier, utilization, and spend data to inform strategies.
• Assist in developing sourcing plans, timelines, stakeholder engagement, and implementation approaches.
• Coordinate communications and activities for contract development, negotiation, and supplier management.
