Job summary

Acosta is seeking a business insights lead to partner with our client and deliver analytics-driven recommendations. You will work with cross-functional teams to provide insight-driven analytical solutions and profitable recommendations while understanding key sales drivers for clients and their customers.

You will guide the 3-call category review process, prepare data-informed presentations, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of the CPG industry including data sources and concepts.
Proficient in industry tools used in category management.
Advanced skills in Windows OS and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI as needed.
Strong ability to develop plans and deliver effective solutions.
Ability to extrapolate opportunities from data to drive results.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex data and provide proactive guidance addressing the 4-Ps for General Merchandise.
Lead the category review process with cross-functional teams to deliver category management solutions.
Create compelling sales presentations using syndicated and shopper data for in-depth analysis and solutions.
Understand client KPIs that drive profit and sales, and deliver data reports for scorecards.
