Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) III to bridge IT and Finance on large-scale initiatives. You will translate complex business needs into precise technical specifications and drive data analyses and system mappings.

Hybrid work setup with on-site and remote elements. You will collaborate with Technology, Business, and QA stakeholders to deliver robust solutions, manage risks, and shape testing scenarios and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

2–5 years of business systems analysis experience.
Experience in financial institutions or credit unions preferred.
Ability to define and solve complex problems with technical solutions.
Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with Product Development Lifecycle and Agile.

Responsibilities

Elicit business requirements for moderately complex projects and translate to technical specs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and process flows.
Coordinate with Technology, Business and QA to ensure solution delivery.
Identify risks, impacts, and blockers; support testing scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Analyze system impacts and map backend credit union systems.
