Job summary

Tential Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for its client, a major credit union in Tysons, VA, to lead enterprise transformation initiatives. You will scope, design, test, and operationalize cross-functional solutions and partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

5–8 years of business analysis, transformation, or related delivery experience, preferably in financial services.
Ability to scope, design, test, and implement cross-functional solutions.
Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of working independently in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise stakeholders, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and vendors to scope and implement enterprise solutions.
Lead discovery, current and future state design, requirements, testing, and readiness activities.
Develop clear requirements, process maps, and acceptance criteria for business and technical audiences.
Facilitate sessions to gather requirements, clarify needs, and drive design decisions.
Prepare executive-ready updates and risk/issue/action logs.
