Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of business systems analysis, preferably in IT or financial institutions.
• Experience as an independent contributor on medium to large projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements for moderately complex projects and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain process flows, functional specs, data analysis, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with Technology, Business, and QA stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements and mitigate risks.
• Perform system impact analysis and support testing scenarios and acceptance criteria.
