The Keystone Distinction Group in Phoenix seeks a Senior Audit Manager to lead client engagements and supervise staff. This growing, locally owned CPA and business advisory firm serves Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate and Estate clients.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with a base salary up to $140,000 DOE. Candidates should have CPA, 5+ years public accounting, and strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge to deliver high-quality financial statements and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience
• Active CPA
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience with audits and reviews
• GAAP/GAAS/GAGAS understanding
• Experience in financial statement preparation

Responsabilidades

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements
• Supervise other accountants (of varying levels of proficiency and experience)
• Review work performed by other accountants
• Develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing relationships
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed
