Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Active CPA.
• Self-motivated.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns.
• GAAP and GAAS knowledge.
• GAGAS / Yellow Book familiarity.
• Experience in financial statement compilations and audits/reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants with varying levels of proficiency.
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
