Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial operations experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer loan facility platforms and participant setup.
• Prepare GL reconciliations and journal entries.
• Post and reconcile daily cash transactions.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
• Prepare wire transfers and record transactions.
• Support monthly partner reporting and financial reporting processes.
• Prepare financial analyses and operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
