Atlas Search in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Associate for its Fund Finance Operations team. This middle-office role focuses on fund-level cash, capital activity, liquidity forecasting, and the fund credit facility, interfacing with senior leadership, deal teams, and accounting.

Responsibilities include capital calls, distributions, and cash forecasting; collaboration on funding for deals; and delivering ad hoc analyses for investment partners. Strong Excel skills and FP&A mindset required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 4-6 years of experience in fund accounting, fund operations, or fund finance.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; expert-level Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Track record of presenting complex financial data and recommendations to senior executives.
• Ability to bring structure to fluid or ambiguous requests and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working independently and across groups, including challenging existing processes while building strong working relationships

Responsabilités

• Call capital from investors and execute distributions across fund structures.
• Coordinate funding for new domestic and international investments, working with deal teams on funds flows, cash sourcing, vendor payments, tax structure, FX, and share custody.
• Plan and manage cash levels across fund vehicles, including reserves forecasting.
• Manage the investment credit facility end to end: borrowing requests, capital calls for repayment, and weekly reporting.
• Build and maintain forecast models for carried interest and fee revenue.
• Review external reporting, including quarterly letters, financial statements, investment memos, and capital call notices.
• Partner with Fundraising and Legal to close new funds and set up their reporting infrastructure.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis for investment partners and VPs
