Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Corporate Holding Company & Treasury Accounting team. The role focuses on month-end close, account reconciliations, and intercompany recharge activities, with collaboration across the finance organization.

The candidate should have a university degree with relevant experience and strong MS Office skills, plus exposure to SAP or OneStream is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement in the US.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel & Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close responsibilities (posting journal entries, OneStream loads, financial analyses).
• Prepare account reconciliations.
• Assist with processing of accounts payable invoices.
• Responsible for intercompany recharges for holding activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on annual budget and monthly forecast.
• Support Treasury SAP projects and system testing.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and financial analysis for senior leadership.
• Support SAO in reviewing UK entities accounting controls.
