Job summary

RTX is seeking an accounting professional for the Enterprise Services Controllership in a hybrid role within Cedar Rapids, IA. You will handle general accounting tasks, reconcile ledgers, support A/P processes, and contribute to SOX 404 compliance.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance (or an advanced degree) with relevant experience, and proficiency in SAP/Blackline and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in accounting software (SAP, Blackline, or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly general accounting activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support A/P accounting reconciliations, accruals, and exception resolution.
• Assist with close activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
