Securian Financial Group is seeking an Asset Management Operations Sr. Analyst to manage a large commercial mortgage loan portfolio.

The role involves financial analysis, surveillance of loan performance, covenant compliance, and insurance review while coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure servicing quality. The ideal candidate has five+ years in CRE lending or loan servicing, a finance-related bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifikationen

• Requires five+ years in commercial real estate lending, loan servicing, or portfolio management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, real estate, business, or related field.
• Ability to interpret and analyze loan documents, financial statements, property reports, and servicing agreements.

Aufgaben

• Monitor performance, covenant compliance, maturities, insurance, and servicing activity.
• Perform surveillance and contribute to monthly portfolio reviews.
• Conduct insurance reviews and address coverage deficiencies or missing docs.
• Analyze borrower requests and communicate decisions within authority.
• Coordinate with legal and other partners on loan-related matters.
• Review annual property reports and financial statements for metrics.
