THREE Insurance, part of Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a Senior Actuarial Analyst to lead complex actuarial analyses, influence pricing decisions, and drive the insurtech initiative THREE from concept through implementation.

Based in Stamford, CT, this hybrid role partners with underwriting, product, and regulatory teams to file rate actions, build scalable insights, and advance pricing and product development across commercial lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of actuarial pricing/reserving experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Passing the CAS Ratemaking exam (Exam 5) preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, VBA, or similar data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead regulatory rate filings and system rate implementations for commercial lines.
• Lead the current-state filings capability and a long-term transformation roadmap.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product, Technology, and regulatory bodies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI to generate scalable insights.
• Governance and peer-review practices to close process gaps.
• Represent THREE with regulators, auditors, and external partners as needed.
