Qualifications

• Lead regulatory rate filings and system rate implementations for commercial lines.
• Identify and execute a long-term filings transformation roadmap.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product, Technology and Insurance regulators.
• Use automation and analytics to turn filings data into insights.
• Maintain governance and peer-review practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory rate filings and system rate implementations for commercial lines, with an emphasis on continually increasing efficiency and quality
• Lead the current-state filings capability while defining and executing a long-term filings transformation roadmap
• Partner across Pricing, Product, Technology, and the Department of Insurance to improve efficiency, quality, and regulatory responsiveness
• Identify opportunities to use automation, artificial intelligence, and modern analytical tools to improve processes and convert filing information into scalable business insights
• Establish strong peer-review and governance practices, and resolve process gaps
• Represent THREE's position with regulators, auditors, and external partners as needed
• Contribute to rate indications, reserving analyses, profitability studies, and other actuarial projects across BOP, Umbrella, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto, owning work from analysis through implementation
• Assist across a diverse product set — including liquor liability and catastrophe-exposed perils — applying business and actuarial expertise to develop effective, well-informed solutions
• Help identify and implement improved methods and processes to enhance team effectiveness, and present analyses and recommendations clearly to influence decisions across all levels
