Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting policies and practices.
• Experience in a global company interfacing with non-U.S. parent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to develop processes in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA is a plus.
• Experience in construction or renewable energy projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with reporting timelines.
• Prepare consolidated USA Corp. financial statements and review subsidiary statements (US GAAP/IFRS).
• Ensure timely reporting to management and HQ, including asset reports for investors.
• Identify, research, and document technical accounting matters for EPC projects.
• Draft and update accounting policies and train staff on IFRS/US GAAP.
• Oversee annual audit coordination with external auditors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
• Collaborate with non-U.S. parent and subsidiaries.
