Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Bellevue is seeking a Senior Accountant for a temporary engagement to join a collaborative team. The role involves owning the close process, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting while partnering with leadership.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Experience preparing financial reports and supporting audits.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account analyses.
• Lead and support month-end close activities.
• Assist with financial reporting and supporting schedules.
• Research accounting issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on special projects and ad hoc reporting.
