Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience with GL and operational processes.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with automated financial systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute key components of the month-end close process with deadlines.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries focused on operational drivers.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Partner with finance, IT, Marketing, and field ops to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor data across systems feeding the general ledger.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, or automation in accounting.
• Assist with accruals, allocations, and intercompany transactions.
• Provide insights on transaction trends, cost drivers, and variances.
• Support audit requests and maintain documentation with clean processes.
