Revenue3 is seeking an entry- to mid-level Securities Operations professional in Houston. You will be the human control point in the transaction workflow—reviewing instructions, onboarding counterparties, and managing regulatory filings.

This in-person/hybrid role offers growth into a Senior Securities Operations position as the company scales. The role emphasizes precision in a regulated environment, with collaboration across tech and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in securities operations or related financial services.
• Working knowledge of capital markets and DTCC settlement processes.
• Strong attention to detail in a regulated environment.
• Experience with technology-driven operations platforms and reviewing structured data.
• Clear written communication with institutional counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and approve or reject transaction instructions from institutional counterparties.
• Perform DTCC settlement detail reviews prior to asset movements.
• Monitor automated processes for exceptions and take action.
• Reconcile discrepancies across platform records and custodian balances.
• Onboard counterparties end-to-end and maintain accurate counterparty records.
• Prepare and submit periodic regulatory notices and filings on deadlines.
• Assist with fee tracking and reporting with transfer agents and accounting teams.
• Help build and document the operational playbook and drive process improvements.
• Grow into a Senior Securities Operations role as the business scales.
