Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions in Austin seeks a Senior Customer Support Specialist to ensure efficient service delivery and operational continuity across internal and external stakeholders. You will analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and support business goals while enhancing the customer experience.

This role requires strong communication and analytical skills in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, client-facing.
• FINRA Series 7 license preferred or able to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
• Excellent analytical and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and communicate via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Processing and Operational Support: Challenge and improve existing processes to enhance service delivery and automate manual procedures.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate insights and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Strategic Contributions: Engage in cross-company projects and escalate critical matters when required.
• Communication and Support: Provide responsive, insightful client support via telephone and electronic communications.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to improve overall performance.
