Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
• Direct responsibility for SEC reporting and financial consolidation.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of SEC filings and financial statement footnotes.
• Manage monthly financial consolidation process and internal reporting.
• Support development and maintenance of internal accounting policies.
