Ideal candidate is a CPA with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting background and experience supporting publicly traded companies.

Qualifications

• Active CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting publicly traded companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process.
• Oversee financial consolidations across multiple entities and business units.
• Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives.
• Research and apply technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
• Participate in special projects and strategic finance initiatives.
