Job summary

Masimo is seeking a Reporting & Consolidation Manager to lead SEC filings and global consolidation within the finance organization. You will coordinate with FP&A, legal, treasury, investor relations, and auditors to ensure accurate public disclosures and timely reporting.

The role requires CPA or equivalent, at least 6 years in technical accounting and SEC reporting, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with Workiva and iXBRL tagging.

Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • 6+ years of technical accounting and reporting experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience in preparing and filing SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 11-K, 8-K, Section 16).
  • Working knowledge of Workiva and iXBRL tagging.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with senior management and auditors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute SEC reporting processes and initiatives.
  • Prepare and review Form 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, 8-K, 11-K, S-8, SD, Schedule 13-G, and Section 16 forms.
  • Prepare and review iXBRL tagging.
  • Manage quarterly financial statements, including footnotes.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder review of SEC deliverables and respond to questions.
  • Research new accounting standards and prepare memos.
  • Assist with monthly close duties and ad-hoc tasks.
