Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Englewood, CO is seeking a SEC Financial Reporting - Senior Analyst I to support the SEC reporting team and global external reporting.

You will assist in preparing Forms 10-K and 10-Q, prepare financial statements and footnotes, perform GAAP research, and support internal controls testing per Sarbanes-Oxley.

This role may require occasional after-hours coverage; work is hybrid with in-office days as per site policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Masters/MBA preferred; CPA preferred.
• Strong accounting/finance knowledge and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and general ledger reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with accounting/finance teams.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Forms 10-K and 10-Q, and other SEC filings.
• Prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Conduct GAAP research and advise on accounting treatments.
• Support internal control testing and SOX 404 compliance.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries for quarterly group reporting.
• Assist auditors with questions and information requests.
