Arrow Components in Englewood, CO is seeking a SEC Financial Reporting - Senior Analyst I to support the global external reporting program. You will assist in preparing Forms 10-K and 10-Q, produce financial statements and footnotes, and perform technical accounting research under GAAP.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel and GL reporting skills, and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or in progress preferred.
• Strong accounting/finance knowledge and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Excel and Ledger reporting tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; cross-group collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the preparation of Forms 10-K and 10-Q, including financial statements and footnotes.
• Research accounting policies and procedures to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist external and internal auditors with questions and support requests.
• Stay current on pending/new accounting and SEC requirements; help maintain policies.
• Perform internal control testing, document results, and support SOX 404 compliance.
• Coordinate and track quarterly group reporting with subsidiaries.
• May require late night, weekend, or holiday coverage for month/quarter/year ends.
