Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a skilled accountant to prepare and draft SEC filings such as the 10-K and 10-Q, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate will also assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and collaborate with external auditors.

This hybrid position requires 3-5 years of accounting experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting. Competitive compensation includes a salary range of $57,862.50 to $100,295.00, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting.
• Ability to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced team.
• Experience with GAAP and SEC related research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft sections of the 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings.
• Collaborate with groups to draft disclosures in filings.
• Assist with compliance of Sarbanes-Oxley for financial reporting.
