Job summary

HPE Networking is seeking an SE Enablement Program Manager to drive enablement for AI-driven enterprise networking. You will design and deliver training, collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams, and measure program impact to accelerate sales and customer success.

The role requires 5+ years in program management or enablement in networking, with strong presentation and cross-functional skills. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with industry certifications required.
• 5+ years in program management, technical sales or enablement in networking/telecom.
• Strong knowledge of access layer, switching, SD-WAN, data center, and security.
• Experience with Cisco, HPE Networking or Aruba solutions is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of network automation and scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive SE enablement strategy with product, marketing, SE leadership and channel teams to meet sales objectives.
• Develop high-quality enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, sales guides, demo scripts, and solution presentations.
• Deliver engaging training sessions virtually and in-person to sales engineers and channel partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure materials are current and aligned with product updates.
• Establish KPIs and generate regular reports to measure impact and inform stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends to differentiate HPE Networking solutions.
