Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States seeks a HPE Networking SE Enablement Program Manager to drive enablement for AI-driven networking products and solutions.

You will design training, develop content, partner with product, sales, and engineering, and measure impact with KPIs while guiding cross-functional teams to ensure up-to-date materials and successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications or training.
• 5+ years in program management, technical sales or enablement.
• Strong knowledge of access layer, switching, SD-WAN and security.
• Experience with Cisco, HPE Networking or Aruba is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training programs (virtual and in-person).
• Able to collaborate with sales, marketing, product management and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality enablement content, playbooks and guides.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training to teams and partners.
