Scratch Financial, based in Pasadena, CA, is seeking a Sales Development & Operations Manager to lead an SDR team and drive early engagement for Scratch Checkout. The role emphasizes team development, coaching, and collaboration with RevOps, Product, and Marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline health.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years leading high-performing business development teams.
Experience in FinTech, HCIT or similarly regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on early outreach and pipeline generation.
Implement scalable outreach strategies using phone and email touchpoints.
Establish KPIs and coaching programs to improve SDR performance.
Collaborate with Account Executives to align on ICP and lead handoff.
Improve lead flow quality and CRM hygiene across the SDR funnel.
Launch onboarding and development programs to accelerate ramp time.
Lead weekly pipeline reviews and team meetings.
Report on SDR metrics and pipeline health to leadership.
Identify process gaps and tooling needs to boost productivity.
