Job summary

Roboflow is seeking a driven SDR in New York to join a distributed team. You’ll learn Roboflow’s product portfolio, shadow seasoned AEs, and begin outbound prospecting with no quota in the learning phase. By the end of the ramp, you’ll run solo discovery calls and aim for full quota attainment while supporting inbound motion.

The role offers a base compensation around $70,000 with a target OTE of $100,000, plus generous perks and a flexible, distributed work environment with relocation options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in software, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to simplify complex topics for prospects.

Responsibilities

• Learn Roboflow's product portfolio and value propositions.
• Shadow peers and AEs to understand discovery, qualification, and closing motions.
• Begin outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social touches — no quota in learning.
• Reach half of quota by month 2 with guided discovery calls.
• Take on solo discovery calls and full quota attainment by month 3, while supporting inbound motion.
