Job summary

Stealth Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across Salesforce and enterprise modernization projects for public sector clients in a hybrid role based in the DMV area.

The ideal candidate facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, coaches teams on Agile practices, and collaborates with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog using Jira or Azure DevOps. Candidates must be US citizens, eligible for a federal security clearance, have a bachelor’s

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Eligible to obtain a federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure alignment with client delivery frameworks.
Track team progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog.
Promote transparency through dashboards, burn-down charts, and status reports.
Support cross-team coordination across developers, architects, analysts, and QA.
Ensure sprint deliverables meet acceptance criteria and contract requirements.
Foster continuous improvement and a collaborative team culture.
