The position offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. You will collaborate with clients to fill roles, negotiate terms, and drive KPI achievement in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or science (may be optional with extensive recruiting experience).
• 1-5 years in scientific/clinical or engineering recruiting and full-cycle roles.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software; strong sourcing via social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and databases across scientific/clinical fields.
• Screen, interview coordination, and scheduling to ensure a smooth process.
• Provide interview materials and feedback; extend offers and negotiate terms.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and support business development efforts.
• Meet weekly KPIs and collaborate with the team to win new clients.
