Job summary

Elevate Therapy Company is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role near Farmington Hills, MI. This position offers a hybrid schedule with a mix of in-person and virtual school-based services to support students with diverse communication needs.

The SLP will conduct assessments, develop and update IEP goals, and collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Must hold a Master’s in SLP and be CCC-SLP eligible or certified, with Michigan licensure

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY supervision.
• State licensure or eligibility as SLP in Michigan.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech and language services including evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy.
• Write and update IEP goals and document progress.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support classroom participation and accommodations; contribute to MTSS/RTI when applicable.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and professional guidelines; participate in ongoing professional development.
