Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator in a hybrid role blending scheduling clerk duties and production scheduling. You will monitor cup, lid and press schedules and ensure inventory levels align with lead times and customer demand, while collaborating with production, maintenance, purchasing and customer service.

Ideal candidates have proven Excel skills, clerical experience, and manufacturing scheduling exposure; the role offers competitive pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

Proven experience using Excel.
Clerical experience required; post-secondary education can replace experience.
Production scheduling experience in manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor Cup, Lid and Press scheduling and daily Blankers/Slitter scheduling.
Schedule to meet lead times and customer demand with inventory considerations.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Purchasing and Customer Service.
Maintain inventories and utilize reports and documents, ensuring accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and learn other tasks.
