Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Materials Management Lead for the SAP S/4HANA deployment within Process Technology. You will serve as SME for end-to-end manufacturing planning and inventory management, ensuring solutions align with global operating model.

You will work with cross-functional teams across ISC manufacturing planning, procurement, and IT, validating user stories and supporting global standardization while operating on a hybrid schedule from one of several U.S.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong SAP ERP knowledge in manufacturing environment including ERP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and material planning processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials management, operations, inventory management, procurement logistics, and manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize material flow.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary business and process translator for a S4 HANA project converting operational and planning requirements into standardized, scalable SAP S4 HANA solutions.
• Provide inventory management and planning expertise to guide system design decisions, exception handling, and execution models across global PT operations.
• Lead the configuration and validation of inventory requirements supporting process designs in close partnership with ISC manufacturing planning and production stakeholders.
• Drive process simplification and global standardization, ensure alignment with one Honeywell operating model.
• Collaborate with process owners, functional leads, and IT to gather requirements, assess gaps, and implement system enhancements.
• Validate user stories and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and realization of defined business outcomes.
• Proactively identify gaps, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate project risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
