Job summary

Honeywell INC. seeks a Materials Management Lead to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations for the Process Technology business. You will act as SME for manufacturing planning through inventory management to delivery, aligning with Honeywell's global operating model.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, deep ERP experience, and strong analytical skills to optimize material flow and ensure data integrity across global sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong SAP ERP knowledge in manufacturing environment including ERP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and material planning processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials management, operations, inventory management, procurement logistics, and manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize material flow.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary business and process translator for a S4 HANA project converting operational and planning requirements into standardized, scalable SAP S4 HANA solutions
• Provide inventory management and planning expertise to guide system design decisions, exception handling, and execution models across global PT operations
• Lead the configuration and validation of inventory requirements supporting process designs in close partnership with ISC manufacturing planning and production stakeholders
• Drive process simplification and global standardization, ensure alignment with one Honeywell operating model
• Collaborate with process owners, functional leads, and IT to gather requirements, assess gaps, and implement system enhancements
• Validate user stories and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and realization of defined business outcomes
• Proactively identify gaps, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate project risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
