Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead S4 HANA production planning implementation within Process Technologies. You will manage a team across Houston, Charlotte, and Rosemont, ensuring alignment with the schedule and strategic goals.

You will coordinate with regional planning leads, report progress, and drive process improvements while adhering to Honeywell’s design models. This role requires PMP/Agile experience and strong ERP know-how, in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management environment.
• Proven experience in project management with focus on data governance and supply chain processes and system implementation.
• Understanding system integration and key deliverables and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead the S4 implementation plan for production planning in Process Technologies.
• Coordinate activities and plan alignment across functions, regions and business groups.
• Report progress, risks, and mitigations to keep the schedule on track.
• Coordinate S4 system issue resolution with IT support.
• Coordinate with analytics on reporting development.
• Lead improvements and standardization projects for PT supply planning.
• Support the transformation of processes, technology and personnel to adapt to the new ERP environment.
• Drive standard processes and ensure adherence to Honeywell Global Design Model for supply/production planning.
