Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead the S4 HANA production planning implementation within Process Technologies. You will coordinate a regional team, align with planning leads, and report to the Director of Materials Management.

Hybrid schedule with initial onsite requirement. Responsibilities include delivering the S4 implementation plan, risk management, and collaboration with IT and analytics to ensure successful rollout and standardization across supply

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Proven experience in project management with data governance and system implementation.
• Proficiency in system integration and milestone handoffs.
• Understanding of master data standards and their impact on supply chain.
• Understanding of ERP functional principles across an ERP system and implementation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and lead the S4 implementation plan for the production planning scope in Process Technologies including gap identification and closure, UAT, process mapping, cutover readiness, training, adoption, and change management.
• Coordinate activities and plan alignment across functions, regions and business groups; focus on leadership and users.
• Report progress vs. plan, risks, and mitigation plans to keep the schedule on track.
• Coordinate S4 system issue resolution with the IT support team.
• Coordinate with analytics on reporting development.
• Lead improvements and standardization projects for PT Supply planning.
• Support transformation of processes, technology, and personnel to adapt to new planning processes and ERP.
