Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is undergoing a broad transformation to SAP S/4HANA to standardize end-to-end processes and improve data quality. You will lead the future-state design for Inventory to Deliver, ensuring SME engagement and executive approvals while partnering with business leaders.

You will drive change management, adoption readiness, and deployment across global sites, aligning with end users and process owners to enable faster, more connected operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading process transformation and driving adoption.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data governance and enterprise data quality.
• Familiarity with end-to-end SAP processes and warehousing/logistics.
• Ability to drive standardization and “fit-to-standard” initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state design to simplify and standardize operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and readiness reviews.
• Drive adoption of Fit-to-Standard and reduce customization.
• Build business cases and track benefits realization.
• Manage change across global sites and partners.
• Maintain interfaces between SAP and other systems.
• Govern master data and enable analytics for decision-making.
• Lead training and stakeholder engagement for adoption.
