Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead the S4 HANA production planning implementation within Process Technologies. You will oversee a team of project managers and coordinate with regional planning leads across the US to ensure the plan aligns with overall business goals.

The role is hybrid and based in Houston, Charlotte, or Rosemont; during the first 90 days, new hires must be onsite full-time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Proven project management experience with data governance.
• Understanding system integration and milestone handoffs.
• Understanding master data interoperability and its impact on supply chain.
• Familiarity with ERP concepts and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S4 production planning implementation, including gap closing, UAT, process mapping and cutover readiness.
• Coordinate activities and plan alignment across functions, regions and business groups.
• Report progress, risks, and mitigations to keep the schedule on track.
• Coordinate S4 system issue resolution with the IT support team.
• Coordinate with analytics on reporting development.
• Lead improvements and standardization projects for PT supply planning.
• Support the transformation of processes, technology and personnel to adapt to the new planning/ERP environment.
• Drive standard processes and ensure adherence to Honeywell Global Design Model.
