Job summary

DeWinter Group seeks an SAP Data Entry Analyst to support logistics operations by maintaining accurate inventory data, processing goods receipts, and coordinating stock transfers. You will collaborate across Inventory Planning, Warehouse Operations, Suppliers, and Procurement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling time-sensitive data while following established data-entry guidelines across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data entry, logistics support, inventory operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to enter data quickly, accurately, and consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience processing goods receipts and matching purchase orders and purchase order lines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable inventory data and process goods receipts.
• Coordinate stock transfers and inventory movements between locations.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Serve as liaison between Logistics Inventory Planning, Warehouse Operations, Suppliers and Procurement.
